Reese is a beautiful line backed dun and has recently carried her first rider.  She is roughly 13.2 hands and built like a tank. She halters, leads, grooms, is learning to pick up her feet, saddles at liberty and ready to be started.  This girl is ready to take her education to the next level and become your dream partner.

Filly- Grade Qtr Type

Phoebe is a superstar.  She halters, leads, trailer loads. She is an energetic youngster with a high play drive. The sky is the limit for this girl! Phoebe has been struggling with soundness issues.  We have had X-rays and an ultrasound performed and so far all tests are inconclusive.  We will continue to explore.

UPDATE: Phoebe is showing improvement in her soundness with corrective hoof trims.  We are hopeful she has a bright future in a forever home

16 year old

Dun Paint Mare

Odessa is a sweet girl.  She is easy to halter and good for the farrier.  Odessa is unsound and not suitable for riding.

At this time we feel she is best suited to be a companion horse, be spoiled, groomed, and smothered with kisses.

Eastwood is a LOVE!  Although he has had a very sheltered life and doesn't have very much experience in the world, he is eager to learn and had a very willing personality.  He is easy to catch, learning his ground work, worn a saddle and is ready to be started under saddle. He is not a beginner horse, we is best suited for a confident intermediate+ horse person.

The Captain is a gentleman to his core.  He has lived a long life of service, both as a riding horse and as a sire.

Retired now and ready to soak up love.

The Captain has an old injury that makes his face and mouth droopy.

We find he does best on a concentrated diet.

He is seeking his forever companion home where he will spend his days basking in the sun with a  buddy and soaking up tons of love.

Grade Bay Mare

Serendipity is a gentle soul.  We are told that she was started under saddle as a 2 year old and then began a brood mare career.

She does have ringbone, although shows no signs of unsoundness at this time.

This horse will require an adopter that is patient and willing to take the time to develop rapport and connection. At this time we believe her to be serviceably sound for recreational riding once she has been restarted.

Winifred joined the herd 10/29/2023 and we are just learning about her.  Our initial assessment is that she is sweet, sensitive and seeking a partner.   Although gentled by her previous owner, she has not had consistent handling and she will require patience and consistency to gain her trust and continue her development into domesticated life.  Wini is really something special and we can't wait for her to reveal herself to us.

This beauty is one of our newest intake saved from the livestock auction before she got into the hands of the kill buyer.

This Mare is currently training with Patrick Sullivan of Modern Day Horsemanship as part of his 2022 Gamilah Unbridled Rescue Horse Project.
